What motivates you to lead a healthy life?

🍒🍏🍪Яблочные печенюшки с вишней🍪🍏🍒
Вам потребуется:
🔹60 г овсяной муки
🔹30 г овсяных хлопьев
🔹яблоко
🔹вишня
🔹2 яйца,1 белок
🔹2 ст.ложки молока 🔹разрыхлитель,сахзам 🔹корица,кунжутные семена
Яблоки запекаем в микроволновке м пюрируем в блендере. Вишни очищаем от косточек и тоже пюрируем. Смешиваем остальные ингредиенты,добавляем нашу пюрешку. Выкладываем на силиконовую форму или пергаментную бумагу,посыпаем кунжутными семенами. Выпекаем 35-40 минут при 170 градусах. guess who’s back😏 the last 3 days have been THE worst days of my life. Basically I got admitted to the inpatient unit on Tuesday. The minute I got there I absolutely hated it. I legit didn’t stop crying for the first 2 days!! Then my mum came to visit on Wednesday and I pleaded her to get me out!! We then had a meeting with the consultant who ended up saying (after I literally begged her😂) that I could have leave until Monday, however my mum has to be in full control of my meals and if I don’t gain enough on Monday then I’m straight back in😤but that will not be happening so I’m going to try so hard at home. Thought I’d kick it off with a huge fear of pasta(!!!!) chicken, tomato and sweetcorn cooked by my mum(!!) I used to have pasta all the time pre-ed and I legit haven’t had it since October last year!! This was so scary man, but if I means I stay out of the unit then I need to keep fighting💪💪
