Breakfast was a bagel with different seeds with strawberry jam, avocado and mashed banana with curd and cinnamon.
The last days weren’t that good so today is a new start!
I will enjoy my holidays and I think that my job at the cafeteria of the hospital will save me from focusing on food too much. I will work five days a week from 6.45-15.50 for the whole six weeks and I will earn 8,50€ per hour so in total around 1900€ which is a lot for me.
I also will get my lunch there.
I’m nervous and exited about it but I’m so glad that I have a job!

Been a while since I’ve had a smoothie for breakfast… Today I felt like making one, so I filled up my blender to the brim and made myself a 1,5 litre Pepperminty BANANA-KALE smoothie. [8 bananas (7 ripe ones and 1 frozen one) + 3 absolutely huge kale leaves and 1 handful of peppermint leaves - both suuuper fresh from my own garden. On top of that I added a cup of water. Wish it had been coconut water though.] It was sweet enough, because the bananas were nice and spotty, but I often also add coconut/palm sugar.
